The ORC Club the handicap rating system is rapidly gaining popularity and use in the US and worldwide, and now it is coming to the Galveston Bay area. The best source of comprehensive information about the system can be found on the Offshore Racing Council website at www.orc.org. In particular, go to the website and download the most recent edition of the “ORC Guidebook” for complete information about the rating system, rules and regulations and how to obtain on ORC Club certificate.
