Performance Handicap Racing Fleet of Galveston Bay, Inc.

PHRF Galveston Bay (PHRFGB) is a cooperative effort by Houston Yacht Club, Lakewood Yacht Club and Galveston Bay Cruising Association to provide consistent handicaps that promote fair, competitive racing between a variety of sailboats. PHRFGB serves Houston, Galveston and the Clear Lake region of the southeast Texas Gulf Coast.
